Billing questions
When am I charged?
Immediately at checkout — there's no trial period. You pick a plan, pay, and your videos are available right away. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues to the end of the period you've paid for. Before paying you can run a free preview (scraped brand kit, scene plan, narration script, preview stills) with no account and no card.
What counts as a video generation?
One full video: scrape, site capture, AI planning, voiceover, captions. Editing scenes inside a project is free, up to 15 AI refines. A new format or hook variant costs one generation.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
What if a generation fails?
Failed generations are never charged — the credit is refunded automatically. Every delivered video has a report button if something's wrong.
